Welcome back Rams! Learn how to avoid risks and physical strain

With school back in session, knowing the best ergonomic practices as a student can be very beneficial. Students spend hours seated at desks, often engaging in activities that involve writing, typing, or reading. Proper ergonomic design helps ensure that desks and chairs are appropriately sized to fit students’ varying heights and postures. When furniture is adjusted to the right height and angle, it reduces the risk of physical discomfort, such as back pain, neck strain, and repetitive stress injuries. Comfortable students are more likely to stay engaged and focused throughout the day. Check out more from our Ergonomic Program Manager here with the CSU Health Network CSU Health Network | Hey Rams!
