Per Colorado Workers Compensation statute, an injured employee must seek treatment from an Authorized Treating Physician (ATP). These providers are selected based on their knowledge of occupational injuries, the Workers Compensation process and the quality of care provided to our employees. Please note, if you initially seek care at the emergency room or at an urgent care provider, you must follow up with one of CSU’s Authorized Treating Physicians (ATPs) for your care to be considered for coverage.

Please also note that there is not and Authorized Treating Physician on campus or in the CSU Health Network located on Prospect.
